  1. Some years ago in a farmer's house near Ballydehob there used to be fairies every night and they used to make tea for themselves. But this night the people of the house forgot to bring water for the following morning and at twelve o'clock the fairies came into the house and they went to the bed where the girl was that used to bring the water
    So they pulled her out of the bed and she began to cry and some person threw holy water or her and they begged of them to leave her alone and about a week after she died told by Dan Murnane
