    Such a day in "Reen Na-Cruck.
    This story was written by a man named Donnie Hurley who lives in Glengarriff Road. It was written on the fourth of July nineteen twenty eight. On that day a team from Bantry known as the "All-blacks" went into Whiddy to play a football match against the boys of that island.
