  2. The Leipreachán is locally known as the Lutharagán, or Lochryman, or Clurachán. He is usually dressed in a scarlet cap and coat and green breeches. He is about eighteen inches in height. He lives in a [fourth] fort where he is generally occupied by shoemaking. He is supposed to carry a crock of gold about with him. Long ago there lived a farmer in this district.
