    There is three gipsy's in the east

    There is three Gipsy's in the east
    They sang so brisk and gaily Ó.
    They sang so sweet and so very, very, sweet as they charm in the heart of a Lady Ó.
    The gave to her some nutnake wine
    And they gave to her some Ginger Ó.
    For she gave to them a more precious thing
    With the diomond ring on her finger Ó.

    And when our Lord came home that night
    And inquiring for his Lady Ó.
    She is gone, she is gone says the severent man,
    She's gone follow the darkeye Gipsy Ó.
    Come saddle for me the mill white steed
    As the brown is near so speedy Ó.
    Till I ride out the dark winter's night
