    Burn
    1. Apply breadsoda to burn.
    2. Hold part as near the fire as possible and 'grin and bear' the pain for a few minutes. The pain will go then and the part be as well as ever.
    3. Make a paste of breadsoda & water and apply like a poultice to the burn.

    Monday, Thursday: Lucky days for marriage.
    Monday - to get money.
    The first day cuckcoo is heard - if one has money in his pocket, will have money for year.
    Unlucky Days
    May Day - unlucky to stir soil - plough dig etc.
    Tuesday, Wednesday, May Day, unlucky for marriage.
