  1. My home district is Rearour. It is in the parish of Kilmurry, and in the barony of Muskerry. There are eleven families in it. The amount of people that are in it now are fifty two. There are four people over seventy. Two men and two women. The two men and one woman can speak Irish. The names are - Denis Kelleher, William Buckley, Mrs. Neville, Mrs Buckley. There living in Rearour, Aherla, Co. Cork.
    All the houses are slated. They are built with mortar and big stones. Others are with cement blocks.
    Rearour is between two rivers the eastern and western sides. The meaning of the word
