    In the town-land of Glenlough in the Parish of Bantry in a field named Gáirdín an Airgid some riches are hidden.

    robbed he took his money and hid it in that field.
    The rich man after hiding his money told a neighbour that he was after hiding his money in such a place and in case anything should happen to himself that the man who found his money should live in luxury.
    When the robbers came to the rich man's house and missed him and his money gone. They hunted him up and caught him and they drowned him in Glenlough Lake.
    Several people have since tried for the hidden gold, but so far
