  1. Long ago a woman called Máire Ní Murchadha lived in this parish. This woman knew everything that happened during the night. She used be with the fairies all the time. The priest heard about it. He went to her, she told him that it was true and that she knew all about the fairies. The priest would not believe her. He was mad to her.
    One night the same priest was going on a journey to a sick person. It was late in the night. During the journey the priests hat used be taken off and it used be put on again. The next day or a few days afterwards, this woman came to him. She again told him that she was with the fairies and he would not believe her. She then
