They get sticks and put papers and rags on the sticks and they to every house in Reentrisk for money, and they sing songs. On St. Patrick's Day the people wear badges. People get married in Shrove. The people fast in Lent. It is said it is not right to throw out the ashes on Ash Wednesday. People bring in something green May day they say that's bringing in the Summer. People light bushes near the garden's on St. John's Day. Long ago Michaelmas Day was a great day paying rounds.
