not done in the twenty - four minutes we know that the temperature is either too high or too low. when it is too low , we put about one pint of hot water into it to raise it and if it is too high we put about the same amount of cold water to cool it. When it is made it is taken out into a wooden bowl. Then it is washed to take the milk out of it. After that it is salted. Then it is rinsed again and made into rolls. We use the butter - milk in making cakes and we also give it to pigs.
