    The domestic animals on our farm are: the horse, cow, sheep, calf, pig
    "Mary Anne" is the name of our cow.
    "Pat Joe" is the name of the calf.
    The cow is always tied by the neck.
    When the cow is milked the person who milks her dips her finger in the froth and makes the sign of the cross on the cow's back with it. It is said that this will protect the cow from all harm
