  1. There are many old Irish Place Names in every district. Carraig Orla, (Odharla) is in Rossmore in Mrs Donovan's land.
    There are:- Páirc na bPréacán, Sliabh Riach, Páirc Árd, Páirc an Gainimh, Páirc Robín, Páirc an tobair, Páirc na gClapaill and many others.
    Páirc na bPréacán is the crow field.
    Páirc Árd is the high field.
    Páirc Robín is a field in Mr. Leary's land.
    Sleabh Riach is also in Mr. Leary's land.
    Páirc an Gainimh is a field where sand is.
    Páirc Tobair - is the well field.
    Páirc na gCapaill is the field where horses are kept.
