    crew underneath them. They then went home. They came again the second night and carried on the digging, and this time a hound with fire in his mouth came up out of it, and they went home again. The third night they came and dug on and at last a coffin was put up which caused them to clear. They never returned again and no one has ever attempted it again.

  2. In the Parish of Kilmeen in Mr. O'Briens land there is a fort. In this fort it is supposed that an old king lived long ago.
    He was supposed to have alot of gold which he buried near the fort.
    Many attempts were made to unearth it.
