The name's of the fields in my mothers farm are the Inse : - the field near the river, Pairc an tighe : - the field of the house. Páirc an tobair : - it got its name from the well that is in it. Páirc na bport : - the field of the bog. Páirc na claise : - the field of the lag or hollow. The fields got their names long ago when Irish was a spoken language. (no title)
