    And Miss Walpole from Castlemore
    They always kept in her place
    With Miss Cotton, Briarfield oft she rode
    Both being front rankers in the chase.
    Other heroines I'd like to name
    But time and space do not permit,
    If the musing jade returns again
    Ladies, believe me, I'll see to it.
