a wheel on St Martin's day.
On Hallow Eve night the people duck in a tub of water for apples and money and they burn nuts and do several tricks with apple peel. They melt lead and mixe it with clay, water and milk to see the future. They also make a cake with a ring nut and sloe in it and whoever gets the ring will be married; the nut will die and the slowe will be an old maid.
