A funny Story.

There was once a poor man who lived in the townland of Ballinderry and he had a big hump on his back. The people of that place were very much afraid to meet him alone, although he was a very harmless. One night he was coming home from rambling. He was coming very slowly becuase of his hump. It was dark and he had a long way to go. He sat down under a liss to rest himself. Suddenly he heard music a good distance away. He listened and he thought it was lovely. He got up and went to where the sound care from. When the fairies saw him they took the hump off his back. Then they put him riding on a white pony, and they also told him not to get off the pony or to speak, but he did
