Long ago there lived in the parish of Kiltrustan a robber whose name was O Hara. He had an amount of money and he was hanged on account of he being such a robber. His execution took place in Roscommon Castle and many of the Kiltrustan people were there. Before he was hanged he asked was there anyone from Kiltrustan there, but no one answered. "If there was", said he, "I'd make him rich." Since then there is supposed to be a foals skin of gold hid where four walls meet in that Parish.
It was often searched for but it was never found
