  2. A churn is made of wood. It is wide at the bottom and narrow as it nears the top then it gets wider at the top. It is kept together by hoops and it has a lid of wood with a hole in the middle of it for the dash. The dash is a piece of wood with a long handle and a head on it. With this the churning is made.
