    "What is it all about" says he. The Devil told him he had this man bought for twenty years, and he had to come with him today; "it is left to you to judge the case".
    "Now," says Friar Brian "if you were go to a fair to buy a cow or a horse and if you gave earnest money for it wouldn't you say that it was more just for you to have him than a man who would come in the evening and who would buy it without paying any earnest
