  1. There is a lios in Barnaboy in Tom Towey's land which is surrounded by a circular stone wall. This wall was once very high, but now it is only a few feet.
    In the middle of this field there is a hole two feet square which leads into a great many rooms. A passage runs underground from this lios to a similar one in Kilvaloon in Michael Doohan's land.
    The old people say the fairies live in those rooms. It is never right to interfere with a lios.
