    A man in the village of Crenane had a sick child. One night he got up to get a drink for the child. He heard a terrible noise outside so he went out to see what it was. He saw a big charabanc coming filled with children and men inside with whips beating the children. The man could hear the children screaming. He stood at the door and heard the charabanc go as far as Crenane Bridge and then turn down towards
