  1. Children play a lot of games such as Lurabóg Larabog, Black Peter, passing the button and others.
    When children are playing Lurabog Larabóg they sit round in a ring and one says. "Lurabog Larabog limber loc five miles ten o' clock I sat I sung I daily sung Elas mac Dellis came into the wood to catch a fat deer. Be Bo Ballinsloe a little white dog in the mountain and for that reason pull in that big black foot." Whoever the last word falls on that one has to pull in her foot. This is continued until all the feet are gone but one Then the one that said Lurabog says to her. "Hurley Burley trump the key the cow went out the market day Simon Nary trump the buck ["who" struck out] how many horns stand up". You put some of your fingers up and if she misses three times you get something
