- Hidden Treasures
In this parish Fairymount there are a lot of treasures to be found in the old hills and Forts. The old people say that there is a pot of gold and a tea-set to be found on the hill of Fairymount under a bush. It is said a giant hid them there in the time of the Danes. it is said he had a dream one night and he dreams that three danes dug the tree and found his treasure. And he died in his dream and was buried beside his castle. - Collector
