    is a road leading off the Carlow road called the "green road." It is in the townsland of Garrendenny and Mayo, and leads to a sand pit. People go on this road for sand.

  2. There is a holy well in the parish of Dooname and in the townsland of Killgorey. There is an old graveyard to be seen there, and the holy well is outside the grave yard. People still visit this place during the month of May.
