of a month or so the wart's withered away. This mans name was Mr. Donnelly.
There is a holy well in Kilgory. It is said if you have an ailment and drink some of the water it will be healed. Rags of various colours decorate a tree by the wayside to show that different diseases have been cured. If a wedding ring is applied to a sty on the eye it will cure it. If the leaves of ivy out of a churchyard were boiled and the water drank it is supposed to cure teethache. If Bread-soda were applied to a burn it would cure it. If the sting of a nettle is rubbed with a dock-leaf it will cure it.
