- (continued from previous page)fairies are heard singing and dancing in it. There are bushes situated around it. It is also called a "rath". In this "rath" churning is heard during the day.
There is another "rath" in the townsland of Woodlands. It is round in shape also. It is situated beside a lone bush. Fairies are said to be heard playing music in it. Once a man descended into this "rath" when he was passing by.
The noise took his attention and he said he would go down. When he went down they were singing and dancing. This man was never seen afterwards.
