  1. People say that it is not right to start building a house on a Saturday. It is also said that Thursdays are unlucky days to begin ploughing. Tuesdays are also unlucky days to begin working.
    People say that Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays are lucky days. Wednesdays are supposed to be the usual wedding days. It is said that this is how it got its name.
