    When clocks are seen running about it is the sign of rain. When midgets are plentiful it is the sign of rain. When the birds are flying low it is the sign of rain. When there is a circle around the moon it is the sign of rain.
    When the north wind is blowing hard it is the sign of snow. When the smoke is coming straight out of the chimney it is the sign of snow.
    Rainbows are the sign of showers and cold weather. When the clouds are dull it is the sign of wet weather.
