  1. There is a treasure hidden in Mr Wades field. The field in which it is hidden in is situated in Ardateggle. Long ago a man named Brennan lived there. When he was dying he dug up a hole 80 feet deep and buried all his money there because he had no friends to give it to and he did not want strangers to get it. Some men were watching him burying it, so when he was dead the men dug for it, but they could only get one of the coins.
