    Farm-yard at back, good out-buildings;
    Front door opening on small flower-garden through which gravelled walk leads from front-gate.
    100 acres here, much more away from house

    MRS RAMSBOTTOM'S
    Newish two-storey slated residence (B. of Works) Kitchen and parlour or floor bedrooms above.
    About 70 I. acres under tillage chiefly - all level
