  1. There is a large stone on the farm of Mr John Caffrey Sughill parish of Monasterevan Co Kildare. It has two imprints on the top of it like the imprints of feet. The stone is now sunk into the ground. It was said to have been thrown by Fionn Mac Cumhaill from a sling when he was standing on the top of the hill in the same townland. The imprint of the feet are said to have been made by Fionn Mac Cumhaill when he stood on the stone. The stone lies about a mile from the hill.
