    Then she gets the "Keeler" and "Pattie" and washes them. She then washes her hands
    Putting all the butter into the "keeler." She mixes it and salts it. Then she makes it into rools.

    If we are churning when a stranger would come in he would "take a dash" and if he didn't he would "take the butter with him.
