  1. One night there happened to be a wake down the road, when the water got scarce John said that he would go to the well. Off he started with two kettles. As he was passing an old turfshed he could see a man sitting on a heap of turf. John said "Good Night" but the man never spoke. When he was coming back from the well with the water he went over to the man and he says,
    "What's the matter with you." John never noticed anything until he found himself lying in some field by the side of the road.
    The people inside were wondering what was delaying him
