    "Swing Swong" First of all the Swing Swong has to be made. It consists of a long chain with a seat attached to the middle of it. The two ends of the chain is fasened to the bough of a tree about a yard apart from each other. One person then gets into the seat of Swing Swong. Two of the others swing it in and out until they are tired.
