  1. Long ago a wealthy Protestant Gentleman named Shaun na Fiacha lived at Dysart. He entertained a great many guests. It was rumoured that many of those guests never came out of his castle.
    One evening one of his guests happened to be a young Catholic Clergyman. When he was entering the servant who admitted him said in Irish to herself "What a pity such a fine Gentleman goes in never to come out."
