I heard about St Fintan's Well from my aunt Annie Fingleton, she lives in Ballypickas. She heard it from Miss Keegan who lives in Raheen. My aunt was born in Ballypickas she spent most of her life there. She is a dress maker. She heard this story about thirty years ago. Miss Keegan was 30 years of age that time.
I wrote about St. Fintan's Well on the 13th April 1938.
