    Where on the skyline Muckish lies
    Like a great boar asleep,
    I wandered under sunset skies,
    Past flocks of browsing sheep
    And heard a boys voice, loud and bold,
    breaking the silence lone,
    singing a country ballad old,
    in honour Young Wolfe Tone.
