There was once a priest with two hounds...

There was once a priest with two hounds that went in upon Protestant land to hunt a hare. The Protestant man was so enraged that he sent his men to tell the priest not to dare to cross his land again. The priest told him that he would make a hare of him, and hunt him with his hounds up to his hall door. The result was that the Protestant man through fear gave him full leave and liberty to hunt on his land as often as he wished and often sent him a hare as a present. Both the Priest and the man lived in Camross Parish.
