Once upon a time there was a little girl who went to a farm house for butter.She was admiring the turkeys and the woman of the house asked her if she would like a turkey she would give her a turkey egg, She told her to take the egg home and to be very careful of it and to give it to her mother to set with hen eggs,
    She promised to be careful of the egg but on her way home she fell and it got cracked. She went home very sad and told her mother the tale. She told her she would stick it with stamp edge and put it under the hen and to let it take pot luck
