  1. We play the game of Colours here in school. The first thing we do is to get three dens, one for the girls to run to,another for the devils and another for the (devils) angels. When we have that done we put nine or ten girls in a straight line on the road. Then we select one of them to give a colour to each of the other girls. When we have that done we select another girl to run them to the den. When they are selected the girl that is giving out the colours calls out a colour, and the girl that is to run them runs her and if she catches her before she gets to the den she is put into the place assigned to the devils. We then tell another girl to run. If she is not caught before she gets to the den,we put her into a place assigned to the angles. We continue with this until all the girls are gone. If there are more angels than devils, the angels win,and if there are more devils than angels the devils win.
