    An old cure for chillblains is to get a piece of raw turnip. Make a hole in it. Fill the hole with salt and when the salt dissolves to water apply it to chillblains.
    Rub chillblains with a piece of roast onion.
    Wash chillblains in hot water with bread soda.
    Rub parafin oil on chillblains.
    Wash your feet in brine.
    Rhuematism - Lie on a bed of ferns.
    Janudice - Eat boiled nettles.
