On night as Stephen Gorey was going to look a his sheep, he took his cousin with him. As they were crossing the fields, Stephens cousin said he thought he heard some terrible moaning, and they looked around and could not see anything. Then his cousin said he would go back, as Stephen was walking along by himself he saw a "White Woman" walking after him, but when he looked around there was nothing there, still he could see her there with the corner of his eye.
