One time a man who owned the field where the well lies got it filled up and the sprung up in his house and he had to get it opened again.
A girl named Miss Jane Kennedy Pluckerstown Kilmeagues Naas was partially cured at this well. When she was young she hurt her hip. After some time she went to hospital in Dublin. She was three or four years there receiving treatment. She came home nothing better and began to go to Father Moore’s well. She had to carry crutches. After some time she discarded the crutches. Now she walks by the aid of a stick; short distances of course, and she has a noticeable limp.
