  1. Long ago people used to pay their rent to their landlord every year.
    When they used not have the money for the landlords they used to have big bricks to pitch at them when they would come. When the agent would come the tenants would put them out. If they had not the money to pay the rent.
    Some of the landlords were La Thouche and Robart and Clare Waterford are and others.
    Sometimes people came to the landlords to pay rent when he was at dinner. The money was taken but the landlord told the tenants to come back again for their receipt. When they came back the landlords would say, "You did not pay the rent," If they refused to
