My muse, said Jack, let's have a rhyme on riches.
Ans. That's a request I don't know how to grant,
How can I write of whom I'm not acquaint,
Sure I did write for you on poverty
For many harsh tricks he had done on me. But I'm an utter stranger unto riches,
To convince you now, just view my tatter'd breeches,
Yet sure to please you, I am very willing,
To write some lines on that saucy villain.
Sure what I heard of him I may relate,
I'm sure he's very fond of dainty meat,
And since he is so hard to please in diet,
