    I got this Prayer or charm from Mrs McMahon of Dian in the year 1936.

    Órtha thainig as Roimh
    Ortha Íosa agus ortha (?)
    Triúr a bhí siubhal a' bórd
    Naomh Peadar agus Pol
    Ó a Dhia mhóir a ghrádh
    Agus a n-arthaí bheó
    Amen a Thighearna.

    arthaí = move; beó = head or life
    Make the sign of the cross on the head. Put one hand on forehead and one behind. Do this three times. Put hands, one on each side of the head (Three times also)
