    8. When the coffin is been carried to the graveyard the people leave down the corpse in the townlant that the dead person lived in. Then they lift it again and proceed.
    9. Some people pay a band of women to cry and lament for the dead person. This is called the Caoin.
    10. When the corpse is been taken to the church if any person coming from the opposite direction is passing by, the rule is to turn and walk three steps back. This is called three steps of mercy.
    11. It is said to be unlucky to look out on the window when a funeral is passing
