  1. Paddy the Irishman, Paddy the Englishman, and Paddy the Scotchman got a bottle of whiskey one day. They wanted to know what parts of it would they have. Paddy the Irishman said he would have the bottom part, Paddy the Englishman said he would have the middle and Paddy the Scotchman said he would have the top. During the night Paddy the Irishman got up and drank the bottle of whiskey. In the morning when the others awoke they saw the bottle was empty. They asked Paddy what happened the bottle of whiskey. Paddy said he got dry during the night and he got dry up to drink his part of the whiskey and that he could not drink it without drinking their part first.
