  1. In every county in Ireland children play different games. Here in Kilkenny we have some very nice games during the Winter months.
    We all sit around the fire and play various games. The games I like best are "The Priest of the Parish," "The Cracker" and "The call of the Cuckoo".
    On Hallow Eve we have right fun. We play all classes of games. Mother hides gifts for us and we search for them. We call it the "Treasure Hunt".
    Whoever is the first to find the treasure he gets a free bag of assorted nuts. On a Sunday night I invite many of my companions up
